You need to have a current credit report, a completed Rental/Credit Application. Also, please review the Buyer-Tenant Representation Agreement. Real Estate License Law in Illinois requires that you be informed about the Client-Realtor relationship and compensation. It is also to your benefit to review the Agency information mentioned above.
