Merry Christmas my friends
I wish each and every one of you the merriest of Christmas seasons. May it be filled with love of family and fellowship with friends. 2009 has been a challenging year in many ways for many that I know and care for. I pray that the blessings of this season fill your hearts now and in the year ahead. To my friends that celebrate another holiday or holy day this time of year, I pray love and blessings for you also.
I am grateful that all of my kids and their sig-o’s made it into town sometime this holiday season and we were able to spend time together (now I have 6 more lbs to re-lose). And Dad, it is good to know that only strength conditioning is standing in your way of going home. To all my blogging and social media friends I have made this year, w00t! you guys all rock. Thanks for your energy, insight ,and wisdom (and more clubs and dancing than I have seen in the last 5 yrs). So Merry Christmas, and Peace.
